Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean have native connectors — find Crossbeam in the connector directory, app directory, or Glean app store and connect with a couple of clicks. For other tools, it comes down to whether they accept custom MCP connections. If they do, our documentation has everything you need to get connected.
No. Your AI tool can surface and analyze data from Crossbeam but it can't make any changes to your account on your behalf. As of right now all of the capabilities and tools available via our MCP are read only.
All three have their place. Use the MCP for conversational, ad hoc use cases in your AI tool — "which partners overlap with this account?" Use the REST API when you need to pull data programmatically into a system, dashboard, or scoring model on a schedule. Use webhooks (Enterprise) when you want data pushed to your systems automatically the moment something happens, like when a partner opens or closes a deal on an account.
Your AI tool can query partner overlaps, ecosystem signals, partner-shared contacts, partner performance metrics, and partner recommendations — all within the sharing rules you've already set up in Crossbeam. For a full list of available tools, check our documentation — or just ask Claude directly, since the MCP comes with built-in guidance on what can be pulled.
No developer needed for Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean — all three have native connectors you can set up in a few clicks. Depending on your plan, an admin may need to approve the connector before your team can access it.
