For any account you're trying to win, unblock, or break into, pull the partner best positioned to help, identify the play, and draft the ask.
Late-stage deals stall. Accounts go cold. And the instinct is usually to discount or push harder. But often the real unlock is a partner who already has a relationship at the account — a customer they've won, a stakeholder they know, a contact you don't have.
This play uses Crossbeam to find which partner is best positioned on any account you're working, figure out the specific play that makes sense given their position, and draft a rep-to-rep ask that gives them a reason to help. So instead of a cold ask to your partner channel or a generic "do you know anyone at this account," you have a named partner contact, a specific play, and a draft ready to send.
How it works:
What you need
Who this is for
Sales reps and partnerships managers who want to know which partner can help on a specific deal or account before they get on a call or pick up the phone. RevOps and AI teams who want to automate this regularly across the full pipeline.
What you'll get
Start with whatever you're working — a single account, a stuck deal, or a list. Name it in plain language.
"Who can help me win [Account]?"
"These deals are stuck [list account names/domains]. Are there any partners who can help me unblock them?"
"How do I break into [Account]? Are there any partners with a relationship here?"
Ask the AI to check Crossbeam for which partners have the strongest position on the account — whether they have the account as a customer, an open opportunity there, or contacts you don't have.
"Check Crossbeam for partner overlap on [Account]. Tell me which partners have the strongest position and what that position is — customer, open opportunity, or shared contacts."
Ask the AI to recommend the specific play based on how the partner is positioned.
"Based on that position, what's the right play? Do I ask for an introduction to someone I'm missing, a backchannel reference, or is there a joint opportunity we should coordinate?"
Ask the AI to draft a short message to the right partner contact, grounded in the overlap data, with something you can offer back.
"Draft a rep-to-rep message to the partner contact at [Partner]. Keep it under 150 words and include what I can offer back."
The AI never sends. You review every draft before it goes anywhere — then send directly, save to your email drafts, or log it in your co-sell workspace.
Use Crossbeam’s Co-Sell Copilot AI skill
The Co-Sell Copilot is a pre-built AI skill you can add to Claude that runs the full workflow above automatically — partner position scoring, play selection, draft quality checks, and recipient validation — without re-explaining the logic each time. Any rep can ask "who can help me win [Account]" and get a fully structured output back.
