Crossbeam+Contentstack

Bring Crossbeam and Contentstack together in your AI tools

Crossbeam surfaces which partners share your accounts and where partner deals are closing. Contentstack gives your AI tools the power to read, create, and publish the entries behind every joint story. One prompt, not two tools.

Run your first AI workflow across both tools

Start with a prompt that brings Crossbeam and Contentstack into the same conversation. Crossbeam brings the full partner picture: overlaps, performance, deal activity. Contentstack brings your content layer: entries, assets, and publishing in the CMS your team already uses, plus on-brand generation through BrandKit.

Ecosystem building
CrossbeamPartner

Draft joint case study entries from real partner wins

Crossbeam shows recent partner deals closed won across your ecosystem, with contact context from the partner's CRM. Contentstack's management tools create the case study as a draft entry in your stack, ready for your team to review and publish.

Example prompt
"Show me recent closed won deals with [Partner] in Crossbeam, then create a draft joint case study entry in Contentstack for the strongest win."
Pipeline generation
CrossbeamPartner

Create on-brand campaign copy for the accounts you overlap

Crossbeam finds the prospects that overlap a partner's customer list, segment by segment. Contentstack's BrandKit generates copy in your brand voice using voice profiles and your knowledge vault, then saves it as an entry aimed at that exact audience.

Example prompt
"Pull our prospects that are [Partner] customers in Crossbeam, then use Contentstack BrandKit to draft joint campaign copy for that segment and save it as an entry."

Check joint content coverage for your top partners

Crossbeam ranks your partners by partner score, win rate, and attributed revenue. Contentstack reads the entries and assets already in your stack, so you can see which high-performing partnerships still have no joint content and fix the gap.

Example prompt
"List our top 10 partners by attribution in Crossbeam, then read our Contentstack entries and tell me which of those partners have no joint content yet."
Deal acceleration
CrossbeamPartner

Get published proof content behind a recommended partner play

Crossbeam recommends partners on an open opportunity, backed by signals like recent wins and long-term relationships. Contentstack's delivery tools pull the published entries featuring that partner, so the rep can bring the partner in with live proof in hand.

Example prompt
"Ask Crossbeam which partners it recommends on my open opportunity with [Account], then pull our published Contentstack entries featuring the top recommendation."
Co-sell execution
CrossbeamPartner

Build and publish co-branded page copy for a shared customer push

Crossbeam returns the customers you share with a partner and the partner-shared contacts, ranked by role signals like decision maker and economic buyer. Contentstack creates the co-branded landing page entry and can publish it to your chosen environment when it is approved.

Example prompt
"Pull the customers we share with [Partner] from Crossbeam, then create a co-branded landing page entry in Contentstack for that segment."

Frequently asked questions

Crossbeam MCP is in Limited Availability and is enabled by default for customers on Supernode and Enterprise plans. Connect it at mcp.crossbeam.com/mcp using OAuth with your Crossbeam credentials, and SAML SSO is supported. Not on one of those plans? Talk to our team.
There are native connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, plus documented setups for Gong Agent Studio and custom connections like n8n, Microsoft Copilot, and LibreChat. Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean also support the partner tool's connector, so both servers run in one chat with no bridging work.
No. Crossbeam MCP is read-only: it reads ecosystem intelligence and returns it to your AI client. It can generate a shareable list link so you can jump into the UI, but no documented tool changes data in Crossbeam.
Use MCP when a person or an agent is asking questions in natural language and needs ecosystem context in the moment. Use the REST API for programmatic reads on your own schedule, and Webhooks when you want Crossbeam to push events to you as they happen. Most teams end up using more than one.
Your overlaps with one partner or across the whole ecosystem, a unified view of a single account with population membership and owner, partner health metrics like overlap counts, open deals, win rate and recency, ranked partner recommendations on an open opportunity, and recent ecosystem activity including partner deals opened, closed won, and greenfield signals. Access is scoped to your own Crossbeam permissions.
No. In supported clients it's a connector plus an OAuth login, with no code, no API keys, and no local install. The partner tool is added the same way, from your client's connector settings.
AI Chat lives inside Crossbeam and answers questions about your ecosystem there. MCP brings that same intelligence into the AI tool you already work in, alongside your other connectors. That's what makes pairings like this one possible in a single prompt.
