Crossbeam for Sales seats allow sellers to access valuable insights about their ecosystem and act on those insights to close bigger deals, faster. How do I add more users?
For plans that have no minimum seat requirements, administrators can easily add more seats to their plan right within Crossbeam. Visit app.crossbeam.com/billing to add seats for your teammates. For users on an Explorer plan that needs more than 3 seats, consider upgrading to Connector or Supernode to take advantage of no minimum seat requirements.
What are the payment terms for a Connector subscription?
Connector subscriptions are contracted on an annual basis. However, you can choose monthly or annual payment terms. Monthly payment terms will incur a 10% surcharge. Visit your billing page in Crossbeam for more information: app.crossbeam.com/billing
How do I upgrade from Explorer to Connector?
If you are currently on a Free Explorer plan but want to upgrade to Connector log in to Crossbeam and head on over to your billing page to upgrade to the plan that suits you best.
How do I upgrade to a Supernode plan?
If you’re currently on an Explorer or Connector plan and you’d like to upgrade to our Supernode plan, simply contact us and we’ll work to get you what you need.
How does Crossbeam define Users?
User are defined as anyone who has a registered seat within Crossbeam. This applies across our default role types for both Crossbeam Core and Crossbeam for Sales. Crossbeam Core default roles include: Admin (System Manager), Partner Manager, and View Only (System role) along with Custom Roles. Crossbeam for Sales default roles include: Manager, Standard, and Limited.
Can I pay for the Connector plan by credit card?
Absolutely. You are able to purchase a Connector plan by credit card by visiting the Billing page in your Crossbeam account and then selecting the Connector plan. If you run into trouble or need payment details check out this page or click “Manage Plan” within the Billing Page. If you need support email us and our customer success team will be in touch to assist in a jiffy.
How many partners can I connect with on Crossbeam?
Unlimited! No matter which plan you choose, you are able to connect with as many partners as you wish. Ecosystem is everything.
What Outbound Integrations are included on the Connector tier?
Connectors can send their overlap data from Crossbeam into any of the following integrations: PartnerPortal, Tray.io, Partnerstack, Torchlite, Superglue, Gong Activity.
Connectors automatically get access to the Crossbeam Copilot in Salesforce, HubSpot, and via the Chrome Extension with every Crossbeam for Sales seat or Full Access seat, plus the Slack App. For more details about integrations, visit: marketplace.crossbeam.com.
How do I access Crossbeam for Sales?
Crossbeam for Sales is only available via the Connector and Supernode plans and access is available with every Crossbeam Core seat. You can add additional Crossbeam for Sales seats to your account if you are on a Crossbeam Core Connector or Supernode plan.
What are record exports and how are they calculated?
Record Exports allow users to take the enriched data from Crossbeam, which includes information gathered through account mapping activities, and transfer it to external platforms, such as data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), integrations, and CRMs to make it actionable within the tools your teams use regularly.
Each record is counted once per subscription term, regardless of the number of integrations, destinations, partners, or overlaps that unique record it is included in. In other words, there is no double counting. If you have a single account that is enriched by many partners, updated many times throughout the term, and continuously synced to a 3rd party data destination, it will only count as one record export per subscription term.
To track your record exports for your current subscription term, navigate to the Plan & Billing page within your Crossbeam app. Counts will be available under the Record Export Summary section.
Note: Our Slack integrations, Crossbeam Copilot and Crossbeam for Sales are excluded from the record export limits.

What do I do if I’ve hit my record export limit?
If you’re on our Explorer plan, you’ll need to upgrade to our Connector plan to increase your record export limit.
If you’re on our Connector plan, you have a couple options.
1.
Try optimizing what you’re exporting. Initial record exports will contribute to the overall record export limits. Prior to initiating record exports, it’s crucial to assess and potentially reduce the number of Populations, as having too many Populations can quickly surpass the record export limits. Take a look at our Help Center documentation for ideas on how to optimize your record exports.
2.
If you need to increase your record export limit, contact our sales team and we’ll help you get setup on our Supernode plan with access to the record export limits you need.
