Crossbeam+Gong

Bring Crossbeam and Gong together in your AI tools

Crossbeam surfaces which partners are close to an account, and how strong that relationship is. Gong adds what's actually happening in the conversation. Together, one prompt covers the outside and the inside of a deal.

Run your first AI workflow across both tools

Start with a prompt that brings Crossbeam and Gong into the same conversation. Crossbeam brings the external partner picture: overlaps, performance, deal activity. Gong brings the internal conversation reality: blockers, risks, and agreed next steps.

Account intelligence
CrossbeamPartner

Build a deal brief from partner and conversation data

Crossbeam shows which partners have a relationship with this account and how strong it is. Gong adds the account's key themes, risks, and next steps straight from the conversation record.

Example prompt
"Brief me on the [Account] deal. Pull the Gong summary and current risks, then tell me which partners have [Account] in their data and which has the strongest track record with us."
Deal acceleration

Match a stalled deal to the right partner

Gong shows what's blocking a deal and its agreed next steps. Crossbeam ranks which partner is best positioned to help, by win rate and relationship strength.

Example prompt
"For the [Account] opportunity, what does Gong say is blocking progress and what are the agreed next steps? Then give me Crossbeam's ranked partner recommendations for who could help move it forward."

CrossbeamPartner

Scan pipeline for deals a partner could unstick

Crossbeam finds which of your open pipeline accounts overlap with [Partner/s]. Gong checks which of those are actually stalled, so you know where a partner could help, not just where they overlap.

Example prompt
"Show me my open opportunities that overlap with [Partner/s]. For the top five by partner overlap count, ask Gong whether the deal is stalled and what's blocking it."
Pipeline generation
CrossbeamPartner

Sort true greenfield from accounts you've already touched

Crossbeam surfaces greenfield signals: deals a partner closed at companies not yet in your CRM. Gong answers whether you have any recorded activity with each company, so net-new targets are separated from accounts a rep has quietly touched.

Example prompt
"Show me this week's greenfield signals from [Partner] in Crossbeam, then ask Gong whether we have any recorded activity with each of those companies."

Prep a partner QBR with numbers and conversation evidence

Crossbeam reports the partner's overlap counts, open deals, win rate, and deal size. Gong generates structured briefs for the largest shared accounts, so the QBR has conversation evidence behind the numbers.

Example prompt
"Pull Crossbeam's performance metrics for [Partner] and the accounts we share, then generate Gong briefs for the three largest shared accounts so I have specifics for the QBR."

What each MCP server does before you pair them

Crossbeam

Crossbeam MCP

Your partner relationships and deal activity.

  • Every account a specific partner has a relationship with, ranked by overlap strength
  • Which partner has the best win rate, deal size, or most recent activity on an account
  • Recent partner deal activity: opened, closed, or won, including greenfield deals not yet in your CRM
  • Partners who fit your ecosystem based on shared accounts, powered by Partnerbase

MCP

AI-generated insight over your calls and emails, tied to a specific account, deal, or contact.

  • A focused answer to a specific question about one account or one deal, blockers, risks, stakeholder concerns, competitive mentions
  • A structured, multi-category brief for an account, deal, or contact, key themes, stakeholders, risks, and next steps
  • Insight synthesized from calls and emails, not the raw transcript or message text
  • Private calls excluded from every result

Frequently asked questions

Crossbeam MCP is in Limited Availability and is enabled by default for customers on Supernode and Enterprise plans. Connect it at mcp.crossbeam.com/mcp using OAuth with your Crossbeam credentials, and SAML SSO is supported. Not on one of those plans? Talk to our team.
There are native connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, plus documented setups for Gong Agent Studio and custom connections like n8n, Microsoft Copilot, and LibreChat. Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean also support the partner tool's connector, so both servers run in one chat with no bridging work.
No. Crossbeam MCP is read-only: it reads ecosystem intelligence and returns it to your AI client. It can generate a shareable list link so you can jump into the UI, but no documented tool changes data in Crossbeam.
Use MCP when a person or an agent is asking questions in natural language and needs ecosystem context in the moment. Use the REST API for programmatic reads on your own schedule, and Webhooks when you want Crossbeam to push events to you as they happen. Most teams end up using more than one.
Your overlaps with one partner or across the whole ecosystem, a unified view of a single account with population membership and owner, partner health metrics like overlap counts, open deals, win rate and recency, ranked partner recommendations on an open opportunity, and recent ecosystem activity including partner deals opened, closed won, and greenfield signals. Access is scoped to your own Crossbeam permissions.
No. In supported clients it's a connector plus an OAuth login, with no code, no API keys, and no local install. The partner tool is added the same way, from your client's connector settings.
AI Chat lives inside Crossbeam and answers questions about your ecosystem there. MCP brings that same intelligence into the AI tool you already work in, alongside your other connectors. That's what makes pairings like this one possible in a single prompt.
