The descriptions set forth below with respect to a given product only apply to the extent that Customer is purchasing a subscription to such product as indicated on the Order Form (or similar ordering document). Please check back as we may update these Features Descriptions from time to time. Crossbeam will not materially decrease the overall functionality of the Service during a Subscription Term.
“Crossbeam Core” means Crossbeam’s data sharing platform, which enables Customer to share information with its partners who also use the Service (“Partners”). Crossbeam Core is designed to integrate with Customer’s accounts on Third-Party Platforms and allows Customer to control what information is shared with each Partner.
“Pace” means Crossbeam’s AI-powered deal intelligence service, which analyzes Customer’s sales activity data to provide deal status insights, identify risk signals, and recommend potential next steps, as further described in the Documentation.
“Trace” means Crossbeam’s proprietary data intelligence service that sources and maintains publicly observed ecosystem relationship data, and which powers certain features within Crossbeam Core including Open Data Partners, as further described in the Documentation.
Crossbeam’s Connector Plan gives users access to Crossbeam’s partner ecosystem platform and unlocks advanced functionality for multi-partner account mapping, pipeline mapping, up to three custom populations, and shared collaborative account lists.
Crossbeam’s Supernode Plan gives users access to Crossbeam’s platform and unlocks advanced functionality for multi-partner account mapping and filtering, pipeline mapping, custom populations, attribution tracking and reporting, shared collaborative account lists, configurable user roles, audit logs, SAML SSO support, and a designated customer success manager. Account Mapping Passes are included, giving Free partners full visibility into shared accounts for better collaboration. It also unlocks access to our marketplace of third-party integrations through which Crossbeam data can be pushed into other systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake (subject to Record Export limits).
Crossbeam’s Enterprise Plan gives users access to Crossbeam’s platform and unlocks our most advanced functionality with Advanced Access Controls, as well as advanced functionality for multi-partner account mapping and filtering, pipeline mapping, custom populations, attribution tracking and reporting, shared collaborative account lists, configurable user roles, audit logs, SAML SSO support, and a designated customer success manager. Enterprise customers will also receive a named business development lead for customized Ecosystem Enablement and access to virtual Ecosystem-Led Growth bootcamp training sessions. It also unlocks access to our marketplace of third-party integrations through which Crossbeam data can be pushed into other systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake (subject to Record Export limits).
MCP Credits
MCP Credits are units of consumption that meter programmatic access to the Crossbeam platform via the Crossbeam MCP Server by external tools, agents, and MCP clients via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Credits are provided annually as described in the Order Form. Credits are pooled across the organization, billed per account, and do not rollover annually. No overage is allowed without purchasing additional credits.
Crossbeam Core Users can manage all aspects of Crossbeam including partner relationships, account overlaps, revenue pipeline, and downstream integrations. They also include full Crossbeam for Sales access (see below). Crossbeam Core Users have configurable roles that have varying access levels.
Crossbeam Sales Users can view partner data about accounts and opportunities inside of the Crossbeam Sales application, your CRM, or via browser extensions, and they can set up notifications. They also have the ability to act on co-sell opportunities by exchanging messages with partners, managing workflows and templates, and tracking attribution (available in the Supernode Plan). Crossbeam Sales Users have configurable roles that have varying access levels.
Crossbeam’s Solutions Partner Program is designed to fully enable Crossbeam Partners by providing access to Supernode features, Crossbeam's Supernode-level sandbox, and unlimited access to Crossbeam Academy.Record Exports are unique actionable records that are enriched with partner data and exported from Crossbeam into external data destinations such as spreadsheets, data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake), or other platforms (e.g. CRMs, MAPs, revenue intelligence solutions) for advanced go-to-market use cases. For Connector Plan Customers, the number of Record Exports is limited to 5,000 annually. For Supernode Plan Customers, the number of Record Exports is described in the Order Form.

Implementation
The Crossbeam implementation methodology is designed to guide clients through the optimal set up and rollout of the Crossbeam application to achieve agreed upon success criteria. Our recommended framework, through weekly calls with your implementation specialist, helps you master our main features progressively. You will also be provided with documentation to work asynchronously, to ensure maximum flexibility with your go-live deadlines and internal constraints.
Partner Workshops
Workshop led by Crossbeam to review collaboration routine on Crossbeam, with a goal to drive partner specific plays and collaboration. For Customer plus one partner chosen by Customer (includes 1 person from each side). Includes five 45-minute workshops.
Recurring Dedicated Office Hours
Recorded cadence of group enablement sessions. Focus on deep user adoption throughout the contract term. Customer chooses one team per session. Up to two sessions are available on a monthly basis.
Sandbox Environment
A dedicated sandbox environment for testing integrations and configurations prior to live rollout.
Team Enablement
Product focus to up-skill on Crossbeam platform on/around go-live, with a focus on quick time to value and getting to ROI after buying. Customer chooses one team. One 45-minute session is included. Recorded and shared.
