Principal Diagnostics Engineer
Lead position responsible for developing diagnostics package for Crossbeam X series platforms including chassis and blade level. This engineer would provide architectural vision to define diagnostic requirements to fulfill both engineering and production objectives. The individual will work with the Crossbeam product development community to determine requirements and set direction, execute functional documentation, coding, integration test of diag’s at the blade and system levels, and training/transfer of diagnostics package to operations for production test.

The preferred candidate experience would be hands-on and would include project leadership responsibility including delivery of weekly status, network/telecom, Intel architecture, Linux, C/C++, industry standard sw tools, diagnostics architecture definition, experience developing system exerciser, and run-time diagnostics as a Linux application. Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Position open for a highly motivated and innovative software engineer to join the SQA team. Linux provides the heart and soul of most network security solutions and is vital to Crossbeam technology where it resides in a hardened and highly accelerated form.

Principal Hardware Engineer
Crossbeam seeks a Principal/Sr Hardware Design Engineer responsible for current and next generation hardware product design. The individual must be capable of handling lead responsibilities for module design, must be motivated, self managed, and organized, to operate cross-functionally within engineering, operations, and all other departments within a small high growth company. Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager will work with Crossbeam product management, Crossbeam’s application software partners and resellers to develop joint go-to-market plans to create demand for the Crossbeam solution.

The position demands that the candidate have a technical background as well as experience at executing complex go-to-market activities to develop pipeline. GTM activities fall under several categories: sales enablement, demand generation, product/service launches, and joint-solution development.

Pre-Sales Systems Engineer
The Pre-Sales Systems Engineer (SE) is responsible for supporting their assigned Account Manager and Regional Channel Manager with all technical elements of the sales process while selling Crossbeam solutions to potential customers and resellers. The Systems Engineers primary charter is to obtain solution closure within the sales cycle from the technical buyer, and to maintain account satisfaction with Crossbeam products.

  • Partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales capacity presenting Crossbeam products and services while developing designs and solutions aligned to the customer’s business requirements and IT priorities

  • Experience with firewall applications, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and other security solutions.
  • Hands-on LAN/WAN troubleshooting experience using network protocol analyzers and traffic generators such as the sniffer or similar product.
  • Working knowledge of Linux with the ability to configure, build, and maintain applications servers, and FTP servers, and web servers.
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and RIP.
  • Experience using a CLI for device configurations as well as SNMP based network management system.
  • Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and have demonstrated a history of high-level achievement in cross-functional organizations.

Education:

  • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent technical industry experience.
