All subscriptions are non cancellable and non refundable with payment due upon receipt. For subscriptions that are paid monthly, your card will be charged on the day that you subscribed and monthly on that date thereafter. Your subscription will automatically renew. If you do not want to have your Crossbeam subscription renew, let us know at least 30 days prior to the anniversary of your subscription. Unless otherwise specified in the Order, fees for renewal Subscription Terms are at Crossbeam’s then-current rates, regardless of any discounted pricing in a prior Order.

If you are purchasing an additional seat, the fee will be prorated and will be coterminous with your existing subscription. If, during the term, you elect to remove a seat, you will not receive a refund for this seat. Your renewal price will be calculated based on the number of seats in use at the end of the then-current subscription term.

Your Crossbeam subscription is subject to the Crossbeam Terms of Service www.crossbeam.com/legal/terms (the Terms”) and the privacy policy https://www.crossbeam.com/legal/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”).  By placing your order you agree to the applicable billing and payment terms above, the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
