These new blades enable customers to dramatically reduce their data center footprint and consolidate even more security and networking devices onto one X-series chassis.

The NPM 8620 supports up to 5 Gbps of network traffic throughput and supports multiple security applications all in a single chassis. Now you can extend your network protection outwards to the perimeter and inexpensively add change ready security gateways to secure your network – all supported from a single network device. The new NPM 8650 continues the support of 10 Gbps throughput network.
