
Throop Wilder, Vice President of Corporate Strategy
Throop Wilder has more than 15 years of industry experience, including co-founding American Internet Corp., acquired by Cisco Systems in September of 1998. Prior to that, Throop co-founded an award-winning local Web site development company, BigBad. Previously, Throop co-founded and served as an executive of several networking software companies that developed communications software for Wide Area and Local Area Networks. He has served on the advisory boards for New Oak (acquired by Nortel), Webspective (acquired by Inktomi), Broadsoft, Xevo, and Omnipod, and several companies currently in early stages of development. Throop received a B.A. from Williams College with highest honors and is a guest speaker on Management of Technological Innovation at MIT's Sloan School.
