Mike Ruffolo,
President and Chief Executive Officer, Crossbeam Systems
Mike Ruffolo brings more than 25 years of experience in global sales and marketing, professional services, operations and information technology management. Prior to Crossbeam, he was chairman, CEO and president of Liquid Machines, a pioneer and leader in the Enterprise Rights Management market. He previously served as chief operating officer of Akamai Technologies, where he drove double-digit revenue growth while dramatically improving financial and operating results. Prior to Akamai, he was the executive vice president of global sales, services and marketing at EMC Corporation, where he drove over $8.5 billion in revenue. Ruffolo also served as president of Document Solutions Group at Xerox Corporation and vice president and chief information officer at NCR Corporation. Ruffolo has been an independent director on both public and private company boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Internap Network Services (Nasdaq: INAP) in Atlanta, Georgia. Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton, earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at the European Institute of International Business (INSEAD).
Phillip Dunkelberger,

Dunkelberger is currently the CEO of LNR Consulting. He serves on the TechNet CEO Cybersecurity Task Force. He is a founding board member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA) and currently serves as the Chairman of the Cybersecurity CxO Council, within TechAmerica. He was recently President and CEO of PGP Corporation (acquired by Symantec). Previously in his career, he held the position of COO of Vantive Corporation, a vendor of enterprise customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) software products and as President and CEO of Embark, a SaaS based college recruitment and admissions software company. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Sales at Symantec and also held senior management positions at Apple and Xerox. Dunkelberger has a BA in Political Science from Westmont College.
Paul Milbury,

Paul Milbury served as former Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Starent Networks, a leading provider of multimedia core technology enabling mobile operators to deliver mobile broadband to their subscribers, which is now part of Cisco. Prior to Starent Networks, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Avid Technology, Inc., a digital media creation, management, and distribution solutions company. Before Avid Technology, Mr. Milbury served as Chief Financial Office for iBelong.com, a company that developed and managed customized Internet portals. Paul, prior to iBelong.com, Inc. also served as Chief Financial Officer for JuniorNet.com, Inc., which provided an online community where children can learn, be creative, and have fun. For 19 years prior to JuniorNet.com, Paul worked at Digital Equipment/Compaq building expertise to become their Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. Paul is an esteemed graduate of the University of Massachusetts receiving both a B.B.A. and M.B.A. (magna cum laude).
Jeff Williams,
Principal, Tudor Ventures
Jeff joined Tudor Ventures in 1999. Before joining Tudor, Jeff worked for Downer & Company, an international mergers and acquisitions advisory firm where he executed both buy-side and sell-side engagements. Prior to Downer & Company, Jeff worked in business development for a medical device startup and was an investment banker with Fox-Pitt, Kelton, focused on financial services companies. Jeff currently focuses on enabling software and services, healthcare IT, financial services and Internet infrastructure. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of TractManager, Thorne Research, Verrillon, and Crossbeam Systems. He is actively involved in Tudor’s investments in Intelligrated, Virtify, Allegro and Pipeline Trading. Jeff graduated from Yale University, with a degree in History, and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Business.

Jeffrey M. Hurst is a General Partner and a Co-Founder of Commonwealth Capital. Jeff has more than 20 years of venture capital and private equity experience. He also has experience in the communications infrastructure, information technology, and analytical systems industries. Jeff has been or currently is a director of American Internet Corp. (sold to Cisco), NBX (sold to 3Com), Neurometrix, The MacGregor Group (sold to ITG), Crossbeam, Visible Assets Inc., Swissray, and Seahorse Inc. Before co-founding Commonwealth, Jeff was a senior vice president with GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group, where he led over $500 million in financing. Jeff earned an M.B.A. from Tulane University and a B.A. in History and Economics from Duke University. Jeff is also a member of the Trinity College Board of Visitors of Duke University.

Jeff McCarthy is a General Partner with North Bridge Venture Partners. Prior to joining North Bridge, he was the president and CEO of New Oak Communications, a leading provider of extranet access switches. Once New Oak was acquired by Bay Networks, a Nortel Networks line of business, Jeff served as vice president and general manager of the Access Division. Prior to New Oak, Jeff was the vice president of sales and business development at Cadia Networks, a developer of ATM concentrator products for the service provider marketplace. Before Cadia, Jeff spent eight years at Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks, holding various senior management positions including vice president of carrier operations. Jeff is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Management (magna cum laude) and received his M.B.A. (magna cum laude) from Bentley College.

Rob Soni is a General Partner with Matrix Partners. Prior to Matrix, Rob was managing partner of Bessemer Venture Partners, where he led various investments including Aptis Communications (acquired by Nortel), NBX Corporation (acquired by 3COM), Castle Networks (acquired by Siemens), Omnia Communications (acquired by Ciena), Sahara Networks (acquired by Cascade Communications), C-Port Corporation (acquired by Motorola), Pirus Networks (acquired by Sun MicroSystems), Ocular Networks (acquired by Tellabs), WaveSmith Networks (acquired by Ciena), Telica (acquired by Lucent), Systems Management Arts (acquired by EMC), Broadsoft, Hatteras Networks, BladeLogic, and Netuitive. Rob remains Chairman of Intersect Software, which he co-founded in 1999. Before joining Bessemer, Rob worked in the Boston office of the Boston Consulting Group. He is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), on the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA) VC Advisory Board, and a Founding Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE). Rob graduated from Harvard College.
